Q: How far in advance should I place an order?

We generally reccommend placing orders at least 15days in advance to ensure availability, especially during rush season.

Q: Do you ship to any location of the world?

Yes, we provide globally, no matter where your event or order is located, our products are shipped all over the world.

Q: Do you offer any wholesale programs? 

We offer two types of additional wholesale discounts, bulk quantity and order total. Most products offer a bulk quantity discount, the more you order, the bigger the discount is ! The highest tier (largest quantiity) is our wholesale pricing tier. We also offer an additional order total discount. Both these available discounts are applied automatically if your order total/quantity qualifies.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We pride ourselves on being a fast & efficient shipper. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. The exception would be customized or personalized items which take additioinal time to process. We offer express courier shipping, which is trackable and considerably faster in shipping time, typically 4-5 business days for most countries. Although this is an typical estimate on average shipping time, actual shipping may be slightly vary due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.

Q: Can I track my order after it's been shipped & how can I receive my order? 

Every shipping order have its tracking no. This No. will be emailed to you when your order is shipped, so please use valid email address. AOL and Hotmail users, please check your spam folders. 

Q: How long does it take for you to respond to my email? 

All queries are responded within 12-24 hours period, including weekend and holidays. Your questions and quries are very important to us, and we do our very best to reply back with a response as soon as we can.

Q: What currency are your prices being quoted in? 

All pricings are quoted in $USD only.

Q: Your prices are great! How do I know I'm getting quality products?

We are committed to quality and customer service. We pride ourselves in our name and want our customers to know we mean it when we say LOW PRICES, HIGH QUALITY. We're able to offer quality products at such low prices due to the large productivity by ourselves.

Q: Can I preview samples to be sure I'm making the right choice?

YES! Our top priority is making sure our customers are happy with their final selection. To view a sample please let us know a little more about your requirement. You will receive a reponse with an itemized quote and further instructions for obtaining samples. A small shipping and handling charge of $30 (USD) applies with each request for a sample.

Q: Does your international shipping quotes include customs/duty/import taxes? 

For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us, or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate unfortunately. Please check with your country's customs for detailed terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from an international country. 

Q: Personalized item policy? 

On all personalized items: ribbons, napkins, pew bows, etc. will delay your order for 5-7 days before shipping. Once personalized item order is placed, it cannot be changed or altered in any way.

Q: Return policy? 

For returns please email or call your sales representative for a return merchandise authorization. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping cost, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

If the product seems used or used and washed it will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

There are no refunds on items lost or damaged in transit. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
